In FireFox go to "Tools" and then "Clear Private Data". Make sure you checkbox "Cookies" and "Authenticated Sessions" and then click "Clear Private Data Now".

In Internet Explorer go to "Tools" and then "Delete Browsing History". Click on "Delete Cookies".

NOTE: If this doesn't work, please close all browsers after 'forget me' process and before sign in.
