Volunteer to help the TreeFolks staff provide trees and tree education and have a lot of fun, too! We will meet at HEB Rundberg and North Lamar on Saturday, December 9, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We will be distributing hundreds of free trees to our community. Please wear close-toed shoes, and dress for the weather in clothes you don’t mind getting a little dirty. You don’t need any previous experience with trees; we will train you when you arrive. You will receive an email the week of the event with a map of the event location, specific details, and instructions on where to park, etc.

NOTE: THE ADOPTION EVENT IS FROM 11AM TO 1PM, BUT THE VOLUNTEER EVENT IS FROM 9AM TO 2PM. The TreeFolks NeighborWoods program is a partnership with the City of Austin and Austin Energy.
