Every ton of carbon offsets you purchase represents the carbon that will be sequestered by actual trees TreeFolks plants in public spaces around Central Texas.  Next May (after the end of the planting season) we'll send you a report on EXACTLY which trees were made possible by your purchase.  No other carbon offset program offers that level of accountability.  You can visit your trees, talk to them, shoo the guy with the weedeater away or just feel good about what you've done.  In the meantime, stay in touch by visiting our web site or registering to receive notice about volunteer events.  You might get to plant your own trees!
