DESCRIPTION:This event is for active TreeFolksYP Members (become a member at https://treefolks.org/yp)\nTreeFolks and TreeFolks Young Professionals will be planting trees with Festival Beach Food Forest on February 11th.\nThis serves the community by contributing to the food forest project, an equitable urban forestry initiative.\nWe’re continuing work here by replacing a few trees that were lost in last summer’s drought and adding to the “green barrier” between the food forest and the city buses that idle next to it most of the day.\nWant to support more tree plantings?  Please contribute to the $3,000 fundraiser we’re running leading up to the event at https://support.tfyp.org\nTreeFolks will train volunteers in proper tree planting techniques as well as post planting tree care.
