DESCRIPTION:Volunteer Signup link here!\nVolunteer to help out the TreeFolks staff at our first tree adoption event of the planting season! We will be meeting at the George Morales Dove Springs Recreation Center, 5801 Ainez Dr, Austin, TX 78744 on Saturday, October 7, 2023, from 9:00am to 2:00pm. We will be distributing 500 free trees to our community. Please wear close-toed shoes, and dress for the weather, in clothes that you don’t mind getting a little dirty. You don’t need any previous experience with trees, we will train you when you arrive.\nYou will receive an email the week of the event with a map of the event location, and specific details and instructions on where to park, etc. We look forward to working with you! If you would like to adopt a tree at this event, no need to register – simply show up between 11am and 3pm!
