This International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Certified Arborist Exam prep course provides foundational knowledge in arboriculture for green industry professionals preparing to take the ISA Certified Arborist Exam. Over the course of 4 days, this class offers hands-on instruction from local certified arborists on 16 topics covered in the ISA Certification study guide, including tree biology and tree care.
Sessions will be held on each Monday in June at Austin Community College’s Eastview Campus, 3401 Webberville Rd., Austin, TX 78702. The class is limited to 30 participants to ensure a quality experience.

This course is organized in partnership with TreeFolks, the Texas A&M Forest Service, and The City of Austin.
Please note that ISA requires a combination of education and experience to take the exam. Exam registration is NOT included with this course. Please contact ISA for requirements and to register for the exam. CEUs are available for those who are currently certified, but would like to take the course as a refresher or continuing education.
