Amy VoorhesInsideOut Garden Design

    Amy Voorhes is a landscape designer and advocate for public parks and green space. A former Capitol Hill press secretary, Amy ran national and regional public affairs campaigns for a variety of corporate and not-for-profit clients for more than two decades. In 2012, she earned her certification in landscape design and launched a residential design practice. In addition to volunteering with TreeFolks, she serves on the boards of Zilker Botanical Garden Conservancy and Congregation Agudas Achim. She received her B.A. magna cum laude from Brown University. Amy has been known to steal grass clippings to feed her compost pile.
