Austin Tree of the Year Awards at the Roots & Wings Festival

Eighty-five trees were nominated, and now it is time to find the champions! Join us to reveal the Austin Trees of the Year Awards 2023 winners in the Story Tree, Unique Tree, Small Tree, Large Tree, and Schoolyard Tree categories!

Our award ceremony will be on Saturday, November 5th, at the Tree & Pollinator Festival Day at Dottie Jordan Park, 2803 Loyola Lane, at 2:30pm!

We are honored to be welcomed again at the Roots & Wings Festival at Dottie Jordan Park. Many local organizations will be on hand with fun activities for the entire family – Austin Public Library’s Bookmobile, Storytime, Live Music, Kids Tree Climb, Art Activities, and more. Tour the community garden, find out where the birds live, and take home a free tree courtesy of TreeFolks!
