Tree of the Year Bike Tour with TreeFolks Young Professionals

Austin’s Tree of the Year contest is returning after a decade, so join TreeFolks Young Professionals for a bike tour of previous winners and current nominees!

We’ll start at Central Market and ride ~9 miles with frequent stops to learn about Austin’s favorite trees.

Bring your own bicycle (Our route passes through Shoal Creek trail, does have some areas that aren’t the most friendly for road bikes)

9 miles with a bunch of stops makes for a beginner friendly ride

Meet at 9:30am and we’ll leave at 9:45am

Tickets are a $20 donation to TreeFolks to support tree planting across Central Texas. TreeFolks Young Professionals members tickets are a $10 donation (More info on becoming a member for as little as a $20/year donation at https://treefolks.org/yp)

Stick around for lunch and/or drinks (with or without alcohol) at Central Market Cafe afterward
