Volunteer to help the TreeFolks staff provide trees and tree education and have a lot of fun, too! We will be meeting at the Nutty Brown H-E-B supermarket, located at 12021 West US 290, Austin 78737 on Saturday, November 4, 2023, from 9:00am to 2:00pm. We will be distributing hundreds of free trees to our community. Please wear close-toed shoes, and dress for the weather, in clothes that you don’t mind getting a little dirty. You don’t need any previous experience with trees, we will train you when you arrive. You will receive an email the week of the event with a map of the event location, and specific details and instructions on where to park, etc. We look forward to working with you!
NOTE: THE ADOPTION EVENT IS FROM 11AM TO 3PM, BUT THE VOLUNTEER EVENT IS FROM 9AM TO 2PM. The TreeFolks NeighborWoods program is a partnership with the City of Austin and Austin Energy.
